Returns Because of the nature of the products we sell (food service products and consummables), we generally do not accept product returns unless the items you received are defective or broken. Because some items are fragile, such as the fine-dining crystal glasses, we advise you to inspect the items upon delivery and immediately report to us within 24 hours if the items you received are broken.
