Mechanics: How it Works

The event will take place at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Kuala Lumpur, bringing together all buyers and sellers under one roof. Emphasis will be placed on ensuring comfort, convenient travel, and easy access to city amenities.

At iHORECA Live, all meetings between buyers and suppliers are thoughtfully pre-arranged to maximize efficiency and value. Once the final list of attendees is confirmed, you’ll gain access to our dedicated online wishlist and meeting platform, where you can select the companies or individuals you’d like to meet. Based on your preferences, we will create a personalized schedule of one-on-one meetings for the event. Each Supplier will have a dedicated presentation table to showcase brochures and marketing materials. Buyers will rotate between suppliers according to their individual meeting schedules. The format includes focused 25-minute meetings, with 5-minute breaks in between to keep the day productive yet comfortable. Full participant details will be shared a few weeks before the wishlist platform goes live, ensuring you’re well-prepared to make the most of each meeting. The event goes beyond just one-on-one meetings. Attendees can also enjoy various opportunities for casual networking, participate in roundtable discussions, experience product demonstrations, engage in fun challenges, and unwind with evening entertainment.

Participation is complimentary for qualified buyers. The event covers accommodations for four days and three nights, along with meals, entertainment, and all official event-related activities. Attendees are only responsible for their airfare.
