Q: What is iHORECA Live?
iHORECA Live is a high-level business networking event specifically tailored for the hospitality and food & beverage
industries. It brings together top buyers, distributors, suppliers, and thought leaders from across Asia and beyond
for four days of targeted meetings, insightful seminars, and strategic networking opportunities.
Q: Where and when will the event take place?
The event will be held over four days and three nights in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, September 2026.
Exact dates will be communicated to all confirmed delegates.
Q: What are the participation costs for buyers?
Buyer participation is complimentary. The event will cover accommodations for four days and three nights,
along with meals, entertainment, and all official program activities. Attendees are only responsible for their airfare.

Q: How do the meetings work?
All meetings between buyers and suppliers are pre-arranged. Once the final attendee list is confirmed, participants will
receive access to an online wishlist and meeting platform to indicate preferred meeting partners. Based on these
preferences, customized one-on-one meeting schedules will be created.
Q: How many meetings will take place?
Each participant will engage in approximately sixteen (16) focused 25-minute meetings, with 5-minute breaks in between.
Q: What format will the meetings follow?
Suppliers will have designated presentation tables where they can display brochures and materials. Buyers will visit suppliers
according to their pre-arranged schedules.
Q: Will I have access to the full list of attendees?
Yes. To protect privacy, the delegate list will be provided exclusively via email or a password-protected platform. Access will be
granted several months before the event to allow for effective meeting planning.
Q: What happens after the event?
The relationships you build at iHORECA Live are just the beginning. Buyer and Supplier delegates will have access to
iHORECA’s digital procurement platform (ihoreca.solutions) and hotel openings project management tool. (horeca.live)
These platforms allow for continued
engagement, enabling direct communication and quotation exchanges.

Our seminar sessions feature respected industry leaders and experts sharing the latest insights in product innovation,
market trends, and technological advancement within the hospitality and F&B sectors. Sessions are interactive and designed
to encourage open dialogue and idea exchange.

The program includes multiple networking moments throughout the day—during meals, coffee breaks, and evening
