Event Description Our Events are designed to facilitate professional networking through curated one-on-one meetings, roundtables, and group activities. The purpose is to connect relevant participants, such as buyers, suppliers, distributors, and industry stakeholders. We reserve the right to modify the Event format, agenda, speakers, or venue at any time without prior notice. 3. Fees and Payment • Registration is subject to payment of the stated fee at the time of sign-up. • All fees must be paid in advance using the secure payment methods provided. • Payments are processed via third-party providers. We do not store your payment information. 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy • Cancellation must be made in writing to [contact@youreventsite.com]. • Refunds will be issued as follows: o More than 60 days before the Event: Full refund (minus any transaction fees). o 45 to 59 days before: 50% refund. o Less than 45 days before: No refund. • In the unlikely event of Event cancellation or postponement by the organizer, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a future event. 5. Code of Conduct We expect all participants to act professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will result in removal from the Event without a refund. 6. Intellectual Property All materials presented or distributed during the Event or on our Website—including but not limited to visuals, presentations, documents, and software—are protected by copyright and/or trademark laws. No material may be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. 7. Matchmaking & Business Outcomes We may use proprietary or third-party algorithms and manual curation methods to match participants based on submitted preferences and business profiles. While we aim to create meaningful and relevant connections, we do not guarantee any specific meeting outcomes, commercial deals, or business relationships will result from the Event. Matchmaking is a facilitation tool only and should not be interpreted as an endorsement or validation of any participant, company, or offering. 8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim any liability for damages—direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—that may arise from your participation in the Event or use of the Website. We are not responsible for the actions or representations of other participants. 9.
